Skype Rulez....

The wonders of modern tech. Just had a phone conference over the Net with a fren in Shanghai, using Skype.com. This amazing program allows great voice clarity for VOIP. It's cool that technology like this is being used to make a real difference in how people communicate and stay in touch - free, stable, clear, VoiceOverIP..... completely free for communications between Skype users, and I can use the software to dial convential lines at low rates. No I am not a paid flunky, just someone happily expressing my joy at something new, like some kid just presented with an unexpected new toy...... just wished they had this stuff when I was studying in the US 9 years ago...... woulda made all the difference staying in touch with the gurlfren.....

just spent $106 on my hair! for a guy, that's something that tends to stick in the memory... should I have charged my stylist with misrepresentation when he said the colour highlights would cost a 'reasonable' price? perhaps I should be philosophical about it - u gotta spend money to look good!

Yay, while killin' time waiting for the wife to finish a bridal shower with the cell group members, I just managed to set this Blogger thing up on my trial iPaq 6365 at the Mac's restaurant in Suntec City, while going through a small packet of fries *very* slowly - God bless free wireless hotspots..... Lookin forward to uploading more stuff in future.
